Can prices be negotiated for services?Payment is due in full at the time of booking and prices are non-negotiable. Discover Yourself offers specials, coupons, referrals bonuses and a loyalty program from those who continue to utilize our services and recommend others!

Am I locked into services after booking a consultation?Absolutely not! The consultation is our time to see if we are a good match to provide the services you envision to assist you in achieving your goals. If you feel we cannot offer you the desired outcome, you are not required to book the next session. However, If you would like to book services with Discover Yourself, we will enter into a formal agreement and you will be recommended towards which service best suits your needs.

After booking a particular service, what if I am not satisfied with the outcome?During the consultation, it is important to discuss details, specifics, and concerns and address questions that you have. Depending on the service provided, two revisions are allowed free of charge. Any additional revisions can be done for a fee through the website. Refunds may only be issued due to technical error through POS.

My service includes documents being created or revised. How long does it take for services to be rendered?Great question! Depending on the service booked, some documents may take longer than others to be drafted for your approval. Please allow 48 hours, no later than one week for a draft submission for your approval. If you need expediated services please discuss this with your developer.

Why is Career Counseling recommended as a plan and not a single booking?Career Counseling can seem solution-focused and time-limited, but usually, there are deeper reasons why we are facing barriers in this area of life. One session would be a disservice to processing the cause of these challenges and not allow the space needed to develop and apply skills to help you flourish in the future.
