About Me
I started off my career path in the field of psychology in, 2004, quickly identifying the goal of becoming an indvidual therapist to help others cope with life struggles through healthy life skills. As I journeyed through college I added on sociological worldviews and entered the world of social services. Here I learned the importance of establishing foundations around self determined goals and desired outcomes to truly see people reach their potential. My path shifted and when I realized, I am motivated by helping others find what motivates them, which led me to YOU!

Employment Specialist. Assisting individuals with creating career and vocational goals. Completing career assessments, linking to vocational rehabilitation, providing job coaching, resume building, interview skills and follow along supports.
Therapist. Utilizing therapy modalities to assist individuals suffering from chronic, mild to severe mental illness and life changing circumstances with developing coping skills and healthy emotional regulation.
